Prior to the draft some Divisions will have Organizational Meetings. All parents and children registered in a division are encouraged to attend. Organizational Meetings serve many purposes. Sometimes we need more players, sometimes we need more coaches, and sometimes everything is perfect. (Well... it COULD happen.) See schedule below.
Depending how many children register in a Division, the Sport Director assigns teams or holds a draft. Drafts for all Divisions between 9-10s, 11-12s, 13-14s, and 15-18s will be held on Saturday November 13th at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School. If drafts are needed for the Instruction Division, we will let you know.
COACHES Each team needs a coach and usually an assistant. If you haven't volunteered, please consider helping. The Sport Director cannot create teams without coaches.
SPONSORS Sponsors are NEEDED. Registration costs do not cover the full costs of BRYA programs. In order to keep pricing low, we rely on sponsors.
